1. Telangana Vidyavantula Vedika (2004):
Established in March 2004, Telangana Vidyavantula Vedika was led by Kodandaram as its president.

Formed on June 6, 2006, at Fateh Maidan Club, Hyderabad. Convener: Tadakamalla Vivek.

3. Telangana Jana Parishad:
Founded by public organization leaders under Keshava Rao Jadhav. Motto: "One Idea, One Agenda, One Flag"
- Collaborated with 18 partner organizations
4. Telangana Ikya Karyacharana Samithi (2006):
Formed in August 2006 at Sundarayya Vignana Kendra under the leadership of Paasham Yadagiri, Hanumanlu, Chikkudu Prabhakar, and Akula Bhoomayya.
- 32 Telangana public organizations participated
5. Telangana Sangharshana Samithi (2006):
Established on September 28, 2006, with the slogan "Not a Geographical, but a Social Telangana"
- President: Bellayya Nayak
- Vice President: Mohammad Iqbal
- General Secretary: Yogananda Goud
- Organized a mega foot march from Nirmal, Adilabad to Gun Park, Hyderabad, demanding immediate introduction of Telangana State Bill in Parliament
6. People's Telangana Foundation (2007):
Founded in May 2007. Key leaders: Simhadri Visweswara Rao, Dr. S. Mallesh, Dr. V. Tirumala, Prof. Satyanarayana.

7. Telangana History Congress (2008):
Formed on March 1–2, 2008 at Osmania University.
- President: Prof. G. Venkataraju
- Vice Presidents: Prof. Syed Ayub Ali, Prof. Sudharani
- General Secretary: M. Sadanandam
- Worked to revive Telangana festivals, traditions, and document forgotten aspects of Telangana history
8. Telangana Settlers Front (2008):
Established at Sundarayya Vignana Kendra on October 18, 2008, under K. Srinivas Raju.
- Held a public meeting at Nizam College Grounds on February 1, 2009
- Chief Guests: Prof. Jayashankar, Prof. Kodandaram, Prof. Ramabrahmam, Chittari Raghavulu
9. Telangana University Teachers’ Forum (2008):
Formed on November 26, 2008, at Osmania University IPSR Conference Hall.
- President: A. Ramesh Reddy
These public organizations played a key role in strengthening the Telangana Movement from 2001 to 2008. They significantly contributed to the educational, social, and political awareness of the movement.
